Hello again. Unless otherwise noted, all writing, photography, and recipes are my own (with credit given for inspiration, adaptation and/or adoration, of course).
About the recipes - please keep in mind that these have not been tested extensively. In fact, some have only been made once. These are not for a cookbook - these are what we had for dinner last night. I try to remember/write down the ingredients and procedures, but, as the saying goes, your mileage may vary. I've got no problem about posting a recipe, even if I don't think it's perfect - and I'll definitely let you know what I might think about changing next time. I don't have time to make the same recipe 17 times just to post it here. If measurements are super important (bread, baking, etc), I'll definitely include them, and likewise, if it's a recipe that I don't measure for, you probably won't see any measurements mentioned here.
If you have suggestions, improvements, downright i-hated-its or that-was-pretty-goods - please let me know.
